Father Aleksandar Mitrov was born on January 23, 1984 in Stip, Republic of Macedonia, in the family of Orthodox parents Nikola and Stojna. He finished elementary school in Stip, R. Macedonia. With the blessing of then Metropolitan of Bregalnica, His Eminence Stefan, enrolls as a regular student in the Macedonian Orthodox Seminary "St. Clement of Ohrid" - Drachevo, Skopje (1998-2003). He continues his education at the Macedonian Orthodox Faculty "St. Clement of Ohrid ", where he obtained a diploma of a graduate theologian. From 2010-2015 he serves as a church psalt at the church of "Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God" – Novo Selo and in the cathedral "St. Nikolai" in Stip. With the blessing of the Metropolitan Hilarion, he was sent to several schools as a teacher in the Ethics of Religions (2015-2018). As a priest, he receives a pastoral mission to visit and perform the Holy Mysteries and lectures of the prisoners at the penitentiary house in Stip, as well as the patients at the Clinical Hospital in Stip. In June, 2013, he married Nevenka Mitrova (née: Nedelkova). In August, 2014, his daughter Anastasija was born, and in 2018, his son Gavril. On the Feast of the Nativity of Christ (Christmas), January 7, 2016, he was ordained a deacon by His Eminence, Metropolitan of Bregalnica Hilarion, and on January 20, 2016, on the Feast of St. John the Baptist, in the "St. Petka" Church – Senjak, Stip, also from the hand of Bishop Hilarion, is ordained in a priestly rank. On November 28, 2018, with the decision of His Eminence, Metropolitan of American-Canadian Methodius, is set for the parish priest in the church "St. Peter and Paul "in Crown Point, Indiana (USA).
